These files unlock all levels and all Golden Eggs

Install:

Start the game at least once.
Copy and overwrite both lua files in "%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Rovio\Angry Birds"
If you just want to unlock the Golden Eggs, copy and overwrite only the settings.lua

Don't forget to save a copy of the original files if you want to backup your current savegame!!

Tip: To quickly open the Savegame directory, copy and paste the line below in the Run dialog and press Enter.

i cannot seem to find a setup.lua or highscores.lua in my version? all i have is \angrybirds\data\levels showing individual level folders.

You can access the Run dialog by pressing Win+R on your keyboard or by clicking on the run button in your Start Menu.

Now copy and paste the line below in the Run dialog:

"%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Rovio\Angry Birds"

Press Enter ... Tadaaaa! :)
